Shipping & Pick Ups

Shipping/ Pick Ups Here at Northern Wholesales we are small business based here in the North of Adelaide.
We have some changes to pick up/ postage times at this current time…but we will endeavor to post packages ASAP..
AUS WIDE is NOW 5-8 Business days pack/post turn around time…depending on your order through AUSPOST. As I work Monday- Friday so I pack after hours and post on my next possible postal day after work.
(PRE-ORDERS will be posted/available or pick up immediately once stock has arrived.
Any Orders that are placed for pick up, we also have a 5-8 Business Days turn around time. But we will endevour to pack for a next day availability as much as possible and a fulfilled email is automatically sent when the order is ready for pick up
***Please don’t go pick up the order, please touch base with us first.
Note: Pick up times have changed, and it has been noted on your invoices. (please note I work a daily full time job also so I will touch base when this option is available)
Any Orders that are placed for postal, once your order has been sent out it will send a fulfilled email that is automatically sent when a tracking code is provided for all packages, please check your notes incase u have more then 1 tracking code for multiple boxes. Please check your Junk/ Spam for this.

PICK UP TIMES - (Mon-Sunday is currently by request only so Please touch base via FB Messenger or Email.
PICK UP TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

NOTE:

-You will receive 2 Emails when you order, 1st will be a Automatic Email Confirmation of your order & the 2nd is a Fulfilled Email when I have packed it for PICK UP or POSTED (with Tracking Code)- please keep an eye out for these emails as they may hit your Junk/Spam.

-ORDERS- We endeavor to try to pack and post/pick up orders for next day. Unfortunately we cannot accept cancellation/refunds for change of mind. We are a small business and appreciate all our customers so please understand we need to be firm on this policy.
